Kill self in game hit continue and then relaunch heist. Should unglitch it. DONT RESTART! It will stay glitched if you restart I've had it happen a lot since Tuners came out. The glitch changes weapons (if you have something other then automatic shotgun), removes suppressors, takes away cutting torch, r/gtaonline.

As per the Criminal Enterprise update Cayo Perico Heist received changes in terms of increased cooldowns, modified chance rates for primary targets and increased value of secondary targets. If you complete the finale completely solo, cooldown to start the next Cayo Perico Heist will be 3 in-game day (~2.5 hours in real life).

Using the sub and entering through the compound is the quickest way, but if you're solo you still want to fill your loot bag and it's best to do this before entering the compound.
Maybe, said limitations existed in previous updates or the limitation has been there since release. Their reply below: “This issue seems to occur while on Fidelity/Performance RT graphics modes, please suggest the users to change the Graphic Mode to Performance by following the below steps in game. Pause Menu> Settings> Display> Graphics Mode> Performance”. Hm6f.
